I’M Dr. Ahmad Zain an executive leader in operations, quality assurance, and logistics with more than 24 years of experience across the food service, retail, and delivery sectors. I specialize in operations management, QSC systems, logistics performance, and last-mile delivery excellence.

Over the past two decades, I built my career through progressive leadership roles at Americana – Hardee’s Kuwait, where I served as District Manager and Quality Assurance Auditor, leading multi-branch operations, service performance, compliance, and brand standards. I also held senior positions including Operations Manager at Karak Gholam, Consultant at Vauxai LLC (USA), and Director of Development at Protocolo Logistics.

Today, as Dr. Ahmad Zain, the CEO of Azhaljack Logistics Group, I oversee nationwide delivery operations and strategic partnerships with Keeta, Jahez, Talabat, and Carrefour. My focus is on scalable growth, fleet optimization, operational efficiency, and performance excellence.

Academically, I hold a PhD in Operations Management & Leadership and an MBA from AITU (USA). I am certified in ServeSafe, Save at the Plate, and multiple international quality programs.
