I hold an MBA in "The Importance of Operations Management" from American International Theism University and have successfully completed a wide range of courses and activities on the TADARAB platform.
Additionally, I am a consultant for HTI Recruiter Company in the medical field, where I have developed comprehensive training programs for the receptionist team at Al-Hayat Hospital, tailored for both Arab and non-Arab staff on (communications Skills& Excisional Customer Services).
I am a dynamic and results-driven operations management professional with over 23 years of extensive experience spanning diverse facets of marketing, customer-centric solutions, and quality assurance. My journey began with Americana Company on May 31, 2001, where I dedicated two decades to honing my expertise. During my tenure, I excelled in various roles, including but not limited to Hardees Kuwait, where I contributed to areas such as QSC (Quality, Service, and Cleanliness), strategic financial planning, H. Delivery, performance metrics evaluation, sales forecasting, and financial activity analysis.
I also served as an Operations Manager at Karak Gholam Kuwait and held similar roles for multiple clients while working as an outsourced Operations Manager with Vauxai LLC in the US. My journey continued with the role of Director of Development at Protocolo Logistic Company, and presently, I proudly serve as the CEO of Azahljack Group, a forward-looking player in the logistics sector.
Additionally, I am a certified trainer on the TADARAB platform, where I offer courses in the fields of management and operations. These training activities allow me to share my knowledge and experience with others, contributing to their professional development.
